Here at HopeLine, we are huge advocates for self care! Self care is important for keeping your mind and body at it's absolute best. This week we wanted to give you a few tips on how to start focusing on wellness in your own life. 13 Reasons Why is a Netflix show based on the suicide of a high school girl, Hannah Baker. The show discusses her death, and shows how the students that knew her react after her suicide. The show has been said to romanticize and make light of suicide. Netflix just revealed that 13 Reasons Why has been renewed and will have a second season.
