How to Donate

Thank you for considering making a donation to HopeLine.

HopeLine is a 501c3 non-profit organization and all donations are tax deductible. Your contribution will help support HopeLine’s mission and allow us to continue to serve our community and expand our programs.

 Together and with your support, we can save lives and provide HOPE when people need it most.

“Memorial” & “In Honor Of” Gifts
HopeLine accepts Memorial Gifts and gifts in honor of friends and family. We will send a card acknowledging your gift to the appropriate person. Please include the name and address of the designated person.

Matching Gifts
Many companies will match gifts you make to charities, such as HopeLine. Check with your human resources department to see if your company has a matching program and how you can use it to maximize your gift to HopeLine.

Volunteer Recognition Gifts
Some companies reward you for volunteering with a local non-profit by giving a fixed donation after you complete a number of volunteer hours. Check with your human resources department if your volunteer service qualifies.

Triangle United Way
HopeLine is a Triangle United Way member agency. During the annual Triangle United Way Campaign there is a place for you to make a specific donation to HopeLine. HopeLine’s designation code is 500.

Combined Federal Campaign
Donate using the Combined Federal Campaign at their website: http://www.cfcgreaternc.org/_root/index.php?content_id=5190 and enter HopLine’s designation code: 56143 to designate funds towards our organization.

State Employees Combined Campaign
Donate using the State Employees Combined campaign fund and follow the website at http://www.ncsecc.org/donate and use HopeLine’s designation code: 3758 to designate funds to us.

Donor Privacy 
HopeLine does not sell or share names of donors with any other organization or agency. If a you wish to remain anonymous, your name will not appear in any HopeLine publication.

Tax Information for Contributors
For information on how to claim a deduction for charitable contributions, please refer to the IRS web site. Specifically offered on that site is a Charitable Contributions publication providing detailed information regarding proper documentation of your contributions for the purposes of deduction. HopeLine makes no claims as to the accuracy of the information on the IRS site; we merely offer these links as a courtesy to you.
